European Journal of Nutrition publishes original papers, reviews, and short communications in the nutritional sciences. Manuscripts published in European Journal of Nutrition provide current information on the impact of nutrients and non-nutrients on immunology and inflammation, gene expression, metabolism, chronic diseases, or carcinogenesis; or show a major focus on epidemiology, including intervention studies with healthy subjects and with patients; on biofunctionality of food and food components, or the impact of diet on the environment. 97% of authors who answered a survey reported that they would definitely publish or probably publish in the journal again It has an SJR impact factor of 1,167.
