Rather unethical HOW AUTHORS CITE JAC PAPERS WHEN PUBLISHING PAPERS IN ALL OTHER JOURNALS EXCEPT JAC IS THE AUTHOR'S OWN BUSINESS, AND JAC HAS NO RIGHT TO INTERFERE. THE PURPOSE OF JAC'S PUBLICATION OF PAPERS IS TO PROVIDE READERS WITH SOME REFERENCES, AND AS FOR WHAT KIND OF "REFERENCE" ROLE IT PLAYS, IT IS THE READER'S PERSONAL FEELINGS AND UNDERSTANDING. IN ADDITION, WE ENCOURAGE AUTHORS TO CONDUCT A MORE COMPREHENSIVE LITERATURE SURVEY AT EACH SUBMISSION (INCLUDING REVISED DRAFTS) AND INCORPORATE THE LATEST RELEVANT RESEARCH RESULTS PUBLISHED BY OTHER AUTHORS (ESPECIALLY THE LATEST RESULTS PUBLISHED AT JAC) INTO THE REVISED VERSIONS OF THEIR OWN PAPERS.
